Linda Postenrieder, co-owner of Pelican Art

Linda Postenrieder is an accomplished painter in watercolor and acrylic. She is also a Certified Professional Picture Framer, with expertise in design and creation of innovative and unique framing solutions for a wide variety of objects.

Work in art is a major life change and dream come true for Linda. She was a standout volleyball player in high school and college, even travelling internationally on a team. College itself was unique - Linda graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD and subsequently served in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer as one of the first women to serve on board a ship.

In past work situations, she has done customer support and training in high technology firms. This makes her both a wonderful teacher and an unflappable person.  Come enjoy a class with the co-owner of Pelican Art.
